QA Manager

We are currently looking for a Quality Manager for a leading player in the Industrial Components Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 30 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Managing 10 people
• Based in Johor

• Set quality compliance objectives and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) meets customer, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Assess the effectiveness of the quality measurement and inspection systems.
• Lead initiatives to detect issues early and enhance process yield.
• Collaborate across departments, divisions, or companies to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
• Continuously monitor, measure, and evaluate products, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Make final decisions regarding non-conforming materials and oversee the analysis and coordination of process/system improvements.
• Ensure procedures and work instructions are clearly and concisely documented.
• Identify and address training needs to maintain high quality standards.
• Lead and manage teams of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Inspectors, Auditors, and Analysts.
• Provide top management with regular reports on QMS performance and highlight areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated experience in quality management systems and methodologies.
• Candidates from Industrial Components Manufacturing Industry are preferred.
